What we collect

• Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone, website and message.
• Free map scan: the business you search for and any contact details the scan asks for. The scan is run by our software provider on our behalf.
• Website visits: basic, aggregated information such as pages viewed and the type of device, if analytics is turned on. We don't use it to identify you.
• Phone and email: what you tell us when you call or write.

How we use it

• To answer you, prepare your scan or proposal, and provide services you sign up for.
• To follow up about your scan or your enquiry. You can tell us to stop at any time.
• To understand which pages help visitors, so we can improve the site.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run parts of this site and our services, such as our website host, form handler, scan and Google Business Profile software, email provider and analytics, and only so they can do that work. We may also share it if the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and scan results are kept for up to 2 years unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as you're a client and for the period the law requires after that.

Your choices

Email or call us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll reply within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
